- SPEAKERS GUIDELINES
Invited talks will be 25 minutes + 5 minutes discussion
Oral presentations will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes discussion
Bring your presentation on a USB drive
Presentation format : Please provide a copy of you presentation in *.ppt *.pptx or *.pdf format
Presentation name: “talk number (n.m)_first name_last name”
You will be asked to download your presentation slides: Preferably when you arrive (or during the pre-session breaks). Just in case, please bring with you a *.pdf copy of the presentation.

Poster size: 90 cm width, 120cm length or A0.
Posters will be pinned (provided) on the supports.
Tuesday posters will be fixed on Monday morning and withdraw after the poster session
